To access and use certain sections and information of Solmedix, you must first register and create an account with Solmedix ("User Account").

If anyone other than you accesses your User Account and/or your MOSAIC platform settings, they may perform any actions available to you (unless otherwise stated in the Solmedix services), change your user platform and User Account, accept any legal terms, and make various representations and warranties on your behalf. All such actions will be deemed to be performed in your name.

Therefore, regardless of your specific approval, you are solely and fully responsible for all actions occurring in your User Account and/or on the MOSAIC platform (including all representations, warranties, and commitments made on that account and website) and for any damages, costs, or losses arising from those actions. We strongly recommend that you maintain the security of your User Account login credentials and restrict access to trusted individuals only.

3. Your Obligations

You and all end users located within your geographical area must fully comply with all laws and other contractual conditions applicable to your use of Solmedix services (and all related interactions or transactions), including specific laws that apply to you.

You may receive promotional messages and materials from Solmedix or its partners via mail, email, or other contact methods you provided (including phone numbers for calls or text messages). If you do not wish to receive such promotional materials or notifications, you may notify us at any time.

You acknowledge and agree that if you fail to comply with the aforementioned obligations or make false representations in this agreement, your User Account and/or all services provided to you may be immediately terminated without additional notice and without a refund of any amounts paid for the service.

You must not disclose any technical or business information obtained during collaborative research and development with Solmedix to any third party. Specifically, any regulations regarding revenue distribution should not be shared outside your institution's research management department. You recognize and agree that external disclosure may result in a request for contract termination from us.
